June welcomes summer with a scene suspended somewhere between reality and dream. Through the lens of Federico Sáez Anchorena, the classical still life takes on an unexpected spirit: a giant pear, a lobster, Chinese porcelain and fragments of marble sculptures coexist with flowers and maritime references in a composition where the everyday becomes extraordinary.
At the centre of this landscape of contrasts are the Cita tables, designed by Note (design studio), which take on a new dimension as altars for the objects inhabiting this contemporary still life.
The Cita family and its different variations adapt naturally to residential interiors, workplaces and hospitality projects alike. The dining tables are defined by their generous proportions and the solidity of their legs, reinforcing a contemporary aesthetic of simple yet precise lines. In contrast, the bistro table introduces a lighter and more intimate presence, with a central base designed for closer encounters and tête-à-tête conversations.
The warmth of ash wood and the possibility of incorporating different stains allow each piece to establish a dialogue with its surroundings through a formal identity that feels both understated and elegant.
As summer begins to unfold at its slower rhythm, the tables become a reminder of the importance of simple pleasures: a shared meal, the scent of ripe fruit, the sea breeze, or those lingering after-dinner conversations where time seems to stand still.
