Amid this scorching environment, the Cita chairs, designed by Note (design studio), become part of this scenographic paradox. Where comfort would seem impossible, Cita emerges as a refuge for rest and relaxation.
Drawing inspiration from the idea of an appointment—a moment of gathering and exchange—the Swedish studio conceived a collection designed to encourage interaction and communication in hospitality, workplace, and residential settings alike. In addition to benches and tables, the family includes a chair with gently curved seat and backrest, carefully designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience.
Unlike the mirages of the desert, with their lush oases that deceive the eye, Cita defies appearances because its comfort is real. Its design is discreet yet distinctive, contemporary and expressive through simple forms. A delicate balance between subtlety and character allows the piece to adapt to a wide variety of interiors thanks to its extensive range of textiles and colour options.
While the summer heat seems to slow down time, Cita chairs prove that even in the most extreme environments, a true oasis of comfort can exist.
Desert Mirages
