Scènes d’interieur

Spanish interior design products in Paris

Paris is the city of Light and Love, Capital of the Arts… A bustling and dynamic city, in which the Parisians modern life meets every day with the historical, cultural and monumental heritage of its streets.

In this context, the residence of the Spanish Ambassador in Paris hosted a unique exhibition in the classic and refined 17th century salons: Scènes d ‘intérieur: le design espagnol à l’honneur (Scenes of Daily Life: Spanish Design Takes Pride in Place).

Curated by the prestigious publication IDEAT Magazine, represented by its editor in chief Laurent Blanc, and the French stylist and set designer Virginie Duboscq, the event combined Spanish design and a performance to compose scenes of daily life in a private residence. The result was without a doubt a lively exhibition.

A stylish bedroom where a young couple interact under the noiseless Beetle acoustic panel and two friends who share impressions about future sitting in a Next Stop sofa… were part of the most sophisticated scenes of the soirée.

Other unique pieces such as Estante acoustic product, Pion dining table and the coquette Tonella lounge chair were displayed in the impressive halls of the Spanish Embassy.

An event organised by ICEX and the Economic and Trade Office of Spain in Paris with the aim of showcasing the best Spanish home-décor designs to French interior architects and designers.
