Sancal Preloved products can only be delivered to France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and mainland Spain. We offer free kerbside delivery for purchases over 1000€ (€500 in Spain). The estimated delivery time is 30 working days (15 in Spain). Please note that entrance, placement, assembly, and packaging removal as well as delivery to areas of difficult access, mountains and islands are not included in this service.

The shipping cost for this lot is  85,63€ (free in Spain).  However, if the total Preloved purchase exceeds €1000 (€500 in Spain), delivery will be free.

Use the MEASUREMENTS AND FINISHES section below to ensure that the products can be placed in the desired final location, paying special attention to doors, stairs, lifts, and any turns the products must make. We recommend leaving an additional space of at least 5 cm in length, width, and height of the product to account for the necessary packaging space.

If you prefer, you can arrange the collection of the products on your own. In this case, we will agree on a date and time for delivery during Sancal's business hours.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 20 calendar days from the delivery of the lot, without the need for justification.

The return service for Preloved products incurs a cost, which for this lot is  128,44€.

The refund will be processed once we receive the returned goods, provided they are in their original packaging and labels. It will not be applicable in cases where the product has defects or issues arising after delivery.

In the case of returns due to defective products, the costs and conditions are the same as at the initial delivery point. If you have collected the products, you will be responsible for returning them to Sancal's facilities.
