Caramelized peaches with vanilla ice cream
This simple yet delicious recipe comes from Malin at Note. It’s the perfect summer treat caramelized peaches, made in an air fryer, paired with creamy vanilla ice cream. It’s a quick and easy dessert. Malin doesn’t follow a specific recipe, but here’s a guide to creating this mouthwatering dessert.
Ingredientes:
- 4 ripe peaches
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Recipe:
Prepare the Peaches: Wash the peaches and cut them in half, removing the pit.
Caramelize: Place the peach halves in the air fryer basket. Melt the butter and drizzle over the peaches. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
Air Fry: Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the peaches are golden and soft.
Serve: Plate the caramelized peaches and top with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
