We are already back from Salone!! It was an intense week of work in which we also had time – and, surprisingly, some extra energy – to enjoy some of the many events that took place in Milan. But, without doubt, the best part was sharing the Natural Collection with many of you, because we love to exchange ideas with customers, press and designers.
The collection was exhibited in a craft environment, where wood was the prevailing theme. We created welcoming rooms in neutral tones with vibrant colour accents. The objective was to welcome visitors in a natural area both for its staging, and by the spontaneity that characterizes us.
In addition to the positive experience on Sancal’s stand and how much we are motivated by the successes of the entire collection, we have fond memories of Fuori Salone.
On Tuesday we were having dinner with the magazine Apartamento in a kind of “blind date”; and on Wednesday, at the Triennale, we attended the celebration of Karim Rashid. We also saw the amazing performance of Gaetano Pesce on the crisis of Italian politics. On Thursday night it was twofold. Firstly, in Sestosenso, we attended the joint exhibition of Kvadrat and Flos, where ultraviolet light had a secret mission: to present a new BMW projected onto the walls of the entire room and only visible by getting under enormous red glass lamps. Next, we went to the legendary Bar Basso where Marset organized its own particular meeting and met many friendly faces
