In chess, no two games are ever the same. With the new finishes and dimensions introduced to Pion, Sancal expands the possibilities of this colourful family of tables and benches, giving rise to truly distinctive configurations. Pion is made up of a wide range of pieces. The king and queen are represented by the dining and conference tables, whose presence never goes unnoticed, whether in a meeting room, a restaurant or a dining space. The rooks, bishops and knights find their counterparts in the collection of occasional tables. And finally, the humble pawn, never to be underestimated, takes the form of a low stool.
Sancal has channeled the deep strategic thought of a chess player to make a master move by updating the high-gloss colour palettes.
New Fenix HPL tabletops are also now availble, a high-performance material valued for its resistance, repairability and silky touch. Available in the colours 0751 Rosso Jaipur, 0718 Grigio Londra and 0029 Bianco Male, this addition broadens the technical and chromatic range of the collection and is especially suitable for high-use environments.
Of course, the classic turned tops of Pion Tilo for the occasional tables remain in play, along with the Pion Ash version, with tops available in all sizes, stainable in any colour from our palette. The Pion Petra version is also maintained, with tops in Emperador Gold and Carrara marble.
