Sancal Preloved products can only be shipped within the Spain (peninsular). We offer free curb-side delivery for purchases over €500. The estimated delivery time is 15 working days. Please note that entrance, placement, assembly, and packaging removal are not included in this service.

The shipping cost for this lot is free.

Use the MEASUREMENTS AND FINISHES section below to ensure that the products can be placed in the desired final location, paying special attention to doors, stairs, lifts, and the turns the products must make. We recommend leaving an additional space of at least 5 cm in length, width, and height of the product to account for the necessary packaging space.

If you prefer, you can arrange the collection of the products on your own. In this case, we will agree on a date and time for delivery during Sancal's business hours.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 20 calendar days from the delivery of the lot, without the need for justification.

The return service for Preloved products incurs a cost, which for this lot is 303,56€.

The refund will be processed once we receive the returned goods, provided they are in their original packaging and labels. It will not be applicable in cases where the product has defects or issues arising after delivery.

In the case of returns due to defective products, the costs and conditions are the same as at the initial delivery point. If you have collected the products, you will be responsible for returning them to Sancal's facilities.
