The past few weeks have been truly special for Sancal, with design at the core of our story and vision. From celebrating the 2024 National Design Award to unveiling our new showroom in Madrid, Co Lab, and seeing our pieces featured in remarkable projects and fashion shoots, Sancal has been in the spotlight.
Interviews like the one in El País (Spain’s leading newspaper), front covers in major publications such as Diseño Interior magazine, and various articles and editorials remind us that it is possible to create projects with international impact from even the most remote corner of the world.

The visit from Tachy Mora and Raúl Belinchón gave us the chance to reveal the lesser-known corners of our facilities. Our paint booths were transformed into impromptu sets for this El País feature, framed around our National Design Award. Read it here.

Co Lab is one of Sancal’s most ambitious projects, unveiled last September. Our new showroom in Madrid became an impromptu workshop and creative lab, where Lucas Muñoz explored and reimagined new uses for existing materials. This space has been the focus of several articles, both nationally and internationally—here are a few of them!
Alongside MANERA Magazine, we presented a highly artistic project. Alberto and Eduardo from MUT Design intervened in twelve tables to create Canto Art Edition, an exclusive and psychedelic collection.
